What do you mean? A WA Proposal? That's awesome. However, be open to criticism, and implement whatever advice you get.

Legislating for the WA is even a more complex procedure than writing Issues (I've done neither, in spite of having played this game for a few years. I still feel new to some of the game's aspects).

I noted your proposal got tagged "Illegal." I suggest you withdraw the proposal and post it in the appropriate forum. This game has forums, and one of them is dedicated for the sole purpose of helping new writers to write good proposals and have them peer-reviewed before actual submission.

The bureacratic system is indeed scary, and if you try to game the system, you have what to be scared of.

As someone who had to deal with them, though, I have only praise and thanks for the nice women and men working there, who have never offered me anything there but kind help.
