Effect: Eventually getting muted for 5 hours. If you post quantity > 3, you'll get ejected.

Any type of Harassment or offense to any player is prohibited. There's no such thing as "ah, it depends on the size of the insult!".

Effect: If you insult someone, you get muted for a indeterminated time and insulting the Governor means ban.

Posting the same message repeatedly is considered spam, as it pollutes the Regional Message Board and bombards members with notifications. This rule applies to all situations.

Effect: Getting instantly banned from Tallinnia.

Suppressing any post without permission is prohibited. This is considered the abuse of power. Against censorship.

Effect: The post will be unsuppressed and eventually, YOUR post will be supressed. In more serious cases, you could lose your job.

Posting links to malware, screamer sites, explicit adult content (NSFW), or gore/extreme violence on the RMB is strictly forbidden. We follow NationStates terms of service.

Effect: Instant suppression of the post and a permanent ban from Tallinnia.

The RMB is for game-related debates. Bringing real-world discrimination, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, or religious hate speech to attack other players will not be tolerated.

Effect: Immediate ejection from the region and a formal report to the NationStates Moderators (Mods).

Deleting your own message and immediately reposting it just to push it back to the top of the RMB feed (bumping) is forbidden. This bypasses the chronological order and floods notifications.

Effect: The post will be suppressed, and repeated actions will lead to a 12-hour mute.

You cannot control another player's nation, economy, or military actions without their consent. Declaring auto-hits, instant victories, or making your nation completely invincible on RMB roleplays is strictly banned.

Effect: The roleplay post will be declared invalid and suppressed. Continuous offenses will result in an ejection from Tallinnia.

Sending mass recruitment telegrams to Tallinnia's citizens to join foreign regions, external alliances, or organizations without the Governor's authorization is strictly banned.

Effect: The nation will be instantly ejected and banned from Tallinnia, and a report will be filed to NS Mods for spamming.

Moving an argument from the RMB to private Telegrams to insult, harass, or blackmail another player is a severe violation. Privacy does not shield toxicity.

Effect: Indeterminate mute on the RMB and the administration will encourage the victim to block and report your nation to NS Moderation.

Using private telegrams to coordinate with foreign raiders, enemy alliances, or imperialist groups to undermine Tallinnia’s sovereignty or facilitate an invasion is high treason.

Effect: Instant permanent ban and inclusion on the regional target blacklist.

Sending telegrams to players to convince them to overthrow the Governor, defect to enemy organizations, or destabilize the regional government from within is strictly forbidden.

Effect: Immediate ejection and permanent ban from Tallinnia without the right to appeal.

All World Assembly (WA) members residing in Tallinnia must give their endorsement (endorse) to the Governor. This is crucial to maintain regional security and prevent foreign raider groups from taking over the region.

Effect: You will receive a warning telegram. If you fail to endorse within 48 hours without a valid excuse, you will be ejected from the region.

Actively supporting, endorsing, or collaborating with foreign raiders, enemy alliances, or rogue nations that seek to destabilize or overthrow Tallinnia’s legitimate government is considered high treason.

Effect: Instant suppression of any related posts, immediate permanent ban from Tallinnia, and your nation will be blacklisted.
