In all seriousness, I'm thinking of joining only as an observer state. Or a full member but we can't really give much in terms of defense. We would feel uneasy with the whole mutual defense and 'military alliance' thing. But we do want to hang out.

I'm being completely honest with you here bud. I got this template during my brief period as RPing Libya in the CoL. I will admit when I first moved to TWI I used Nor's template, and that can still be seen in a very old economics dispatch, but this one is from the CoL. However, that being said I did take inspiration from your index page, as I find it very useful indeed. Hope there's no hard feelings by the way, utmost respect sir :)
