So what is the WA's purpose?
Am I supposed to follow it's laws? Because it feels more like a suggestion to me.
Every region deals with WA businesses in a different way. Since this is an RP region, we don't consider game-play mechanisms to be part of our canon. Meaning, we completely ignore the WA and the nation's stats which are affected by the WA.
I like that, we basically deny them any power over us.
I still try to lobby or uphold for what I believe in whilst in there anyway, and there are always loopholes. The real fun is finding them and debating with fellow politicians rather than doing them in the Rp sense.
Not exactly. In the RP, the WA doesn't exist.

The Legion is always silly. I need to do my version of them to put all the wacky weirdo characters.
That said, Autobody (I renamed Transmission) has a power I described as "Part man, part car, Mandar, the protector and King of Chilladelphia!" so weird can exist elsewhere I suppose.
