I don't know if this is the place to ask or not, but is there someone who would help me with making a map? I currently don't have good enough internet (600 kbps mobile hotspot which is garbage 90% of the time, at best watch a YT video at 480p, at worst take about 2 minutes to load nationstates) to download an image software like G.I.M.P. Anyone who would help me would get credited. Thanks.

How many people use nation states on an IOS or similar device more than a PC or laptop? Trying to figure out whether I should focus my fact book towards looking appealing to mobile users or not.

I try to be on my laptop most of the time, but because of us having no internet, I've been stuck on the IOS more than usual. I hate the mobile version. I can barely do what I want, let alone do something "fancy" like having banners and such. But that's my own opinion.

I meant stuff like box, colored text, float, things like that. I have big gorilla hands and doing things like that is a little more difficult, for me, on a mobile device. I like the finer precision that a computer can do.

No idea. I think the white would represent peace and religion while the blue would probably represent water or something
