Finally have more time at my hand and my tough exam period is over. Nevertheless this dispatch suffered from being pushed back a little (like I announced in the previous dispatch) and I just now found the time for it.
- congratulations to Veldhaven for winning this month. Without taking anything from this accomplishment, I have to say that due to the time delay, postings and activity in August were also counted in, as I really did struggled to find a new nation that stood above the rest in July.
I hope you are all doing well and are enjoying your summer so far (if you have summer right now:) ) and on to August!
- Veldhaven is a Federal Parliamentary Republic located in Southern argus, bordered by Martenyika and Wellsia. With a population of about 25.3 million inhabitants its one of the bigger and more populated nations in TWI, which compromises down to 15 states. Main influences for the nation seem to be coming from european countries like the British Empire as well as the Netherlands.

I plan to do a mixture of things leading up to the election, focus on the debt crisis and what's been happening with the government over the past year. It would be interesting to see the story develop. I also might expand the border situation with Martyenika a bit. Apart, from that my plan is to continue dropping factbooks so people can get an idea of what Veldhaven is like.
2. How do you feel about the RP going on in TWI so far?
I'm enjoying it. I like the responses I'm getting to things. It makes everything feel like a real international community and that what I write is noticed and has an impact on other nations.
3. Any future RP idea you may want to participate in or even host yourself?
I have some ideas, I'll see what happens after the election as well. Currently, I know there's some murmurs of an historical RP with Laeden. Which would be very interesting and offer some nice development. As hosting some myself, we'll see. One day I might do something, but for now I'm happy to keep doing what I've been doing.
4. Any thoughts on receiving the award?
Honestly, I'm happy to receive it. I didn't expect it. It definitely has made me more motivated to continue in the future. So thank you!
