Because funny

In all seriousness, aside from his general defending career, Tim was pivotal in the reintroduction of The League's Defense Forces into mainstream defending and has my respect and gratitude for his role/guidance in that process.

Anyone could have done that. Low bar.

Taigama wrote:I llke your dispatch, but there are many promises on their that are not very clear. Exactly how are you going to do things like supporting minorities' rights, and encouraging endotarting and card farming. And what if a different LC disagrees with one of your talking points, how would you resolve that potential issue?

1. I will ask for a ban if anyone says something offensive against minorities
2. I will tell people how to endotart and the advantages of endotarting
3. Like endotarting but with card farming
4. I will evaluate their claims and judge my talking points based on their claims

Preface: I don't do either so maybe this is a dumb question, but here goes.

Endotarting and card-farming, from my perspective, have a huge disparity in difficulty/complication. Would you be open to collaborating directly with, say, the Ministry of Engagement, on card-related initiatives?

As a MoE cards person, I would be really excited to work with the gameside LC on something relating to cards :D

Yes! It very much is.

Let's look at three forms of raiding to learn why defending is in fact, based.

Tag Raiding: Literally just vandalizing regions lol.

Quorum Raiding: Active subversion of native governments' sovereign directives in the World Assembly.

Occupation Raiding: Complete subversion and overthrow of native regimes in favor of typically malicious occupying forces. Thankfully, most occupations recently have been liberated by the next update (like one today), and they typically need to invite anti-griefing moderates to have a chance in the pile, but it doesn't mean it's not a clear act of interregional hostility.

Fine, I switch to yes to avoid voting “no” and also because I’m too lazy to go back to the original post and unlike

You know, the RMB always has popcorn available, but I really think the LCs should invest in an ICEE/slushee machine or something. It would spice the snack variety up. And we could even have TSP-specialized flavors!

Auktopia wrote:Question for all LC candidates: would you work with the Ministry of Engagement? If so, how?

If they did want to reach out to me: then yes, I definitely would. The LC is a big part of gameside and could work with the MOE to create more "engagement" with people on the RMB, and maybe off-site. They have similar jobs- why wouldn't it be a good idea for them to work together?

The actual TRR community is honestly a really great one, the rulebreakers are shunned from the real community. I myself have a nation in there that I moved by choice, to be a part of the community.
