My SA levels just went from 193 to 163, just because I banned cars. Why the hell would the SA go down? Once you have reached a point of SA, you have discovered it. You can't un-discover something. Can I just avoid this?

You can't unfortunately. It gets worse when you go higher into SA. Fortunately you can restore your SA by unbanning cars.
Well, I am not going to get an issue like that any time soon. There are like, 2000 issues out there. Only one perfect issue will get my SA back to 193. i really need some sort of issue that will regain my SA. This is very annoying. I struggle to understand this game.
