Maybe that no one should make fun of Balli’s new clothing laws, after all they suit Balli.

Were no longer a dictatorship, such drastic changes would be impossible unless the Fascist coalition of The Defendant of man and Oostberg somehow wins a majority support of the people and overthrows us in a revolution. (Which is highly unlikely)

Ah, I see. Well good for them! If they ever need supplies and education about the People's War, then we'll be glad to arm and educate them. If they don't want to go down that route, well we'd be even more willing to provide them money and anything they would wish.

Belligerents: Salizane Militias vs Industrial Worker's Party

It is midnight in a village in the middle of the Salizane desert. The wind howls, blowing sand all over the wasteland. A Salizane Militia soldier stands on one of the large dunes, overlooking the flat lands while holding an MP-18. Another militia walks up to him with a cigarette on his mouth and wielding another MP-18. As he stands beside him, he takes out the cigarette and puffs some smoke out. Behind them is a rugged pickup truck which is their transport.

The cigarette smoker is a red Agudner as the other is a pale human. The two begin discussing about what they are going to have for dinner when they get back. Both of them are wearing their home-made kettle helmets with a strap on their chins. They chatter under the dark night with moonlight being the only source of light other then the village nearby which is being lit up by candlelight and torchlight. They head back to their pickup truck and drive back to the village. The vehicle makes a trail of clouds of sand as it drives across the cold desert.

The village is moderately defended. A few guard towers here and there. Just north of it is a tiny airbase with one Mk. I fighter stationed. The fighter is a biplane with the design from World War 1 . A small home factory is built as the family living there is responsible for making rifles for the militias of the village. A female Sergal inside is assembling an RPG-7 for a friendly soldier. As she finishes, she gives the weapon to the soldier. The soldier smiles and tells her that she will be getting a raise for such high-quality assembly. The two soldiers enter the house and meet up with the rocket trooper.

Suddenly, an explosion gathers the attention of the village. "Kavarla." One of the soldiers grabs the sergal by the shoulder. "Get the kids. Hide in the basement." He says to her.

"On it." She then rushes upstairs as the soldier rushes out of the mud brick house.

As he looks around, he sees his local commander point at the south-west where he sees a medium group of people attacking. The commander doesn't think they are government forces. They are too few. He then notices they are wearing balaclavas and as they come to the village with Mark V landships, he widens his eyes as he knows that this is a new enemy. "Where's Vakuri when you need her!" The commander says to the soldier.

"The rocket trooper? Vakuri was in the house with me!" Replies the soldier.

"Well get her and destroy that thing!" The commander says to him.

The Mark V has an emblem depicting a golden hammer and protractor on its side. Below the emblem are two crossed AK-47s. The tank crawls on the sand and fires one of its machine guns, carving bullet holes into the mud brick house. The village pilot rushes over to the Mk I fighter but was gunned down by an enemy combatant. The soldier traces the shot to the enemy and kills him with a few rounds. "Where is Vakuri!?" Shouts the soldier.

"Over here!" A female voice says. The rocket trooper comes out of another house and takes aim at the Mark V with her RPG-7. As she pulls the trigger, the rocket flies forward. It strikes the front face of the tank and blows it up, launching pieces of debris into the air. The IWP soldiers were caught off-guard by the explosion.

"This is our chance! Charge!" Says the commander as he unsheathes his liuyedao and points forward.

The soldiers mount their bayonets and some take out their sabers. The IWP soldiers begin to hear the militias yelling out loud as they charge while holding bayonets and sabers. The soldier takes out his saber and charges at an IWP soldier. He swipes his sword upwards to the right, making a deep slit in the enemy soldier's chest. Beside him, a militia soldier thrusts his bayonet into an IWP soldier's torso and pins him down on the ground with it.

Eventually, the IWP soldiers begin retreating. The militias celebrate and eventually captured a few.

"Sometimes if you can't beat them, join them" - Unknown.

"What's this? You want to loosen our restrictions on all drugs?" Premier Livi raised a skeptical eyebrow as he glanced at Azulie over the top of her proposal sheet.

Azulie shook her head and plucked a tobacco pipe between her lips, making the Premier cough slightly as tobacco smoke went in his direction. "No, my Premier. Read it again - I don't want to merely loosen them, I want to decriminalize them for personal usage. Prohibition have never stopped its mass proliferation, mafias and terrorist organizations are raking in record profits from smuggling drugs to our citizens through black markets. We aren't going to effectively combat them if we don't pulverize one of their main crucial source of illicit profits. So, why not instead allow the public to get drugs through safe public avenues under our direct supervision. Also, these are still illegal for large corporations to produce and profit from, stopping the commercialization that spurred alcohol & opioid epidemics."

"You're asking me to turn the state into the only sole drug lord?" Livi asks, he himself was bold but certainly not enough to attempt anything on a scale like this.

"You misunderstand my Premier, we are simply allowing the substances to be distributed only from public centers for any responsible adults who wants to obtain them. They'll be educated on properly handling the safe and quality drugs before receiving them in controlled amounts under the intense supervision & oversight of our medical experts and law enforcement" Azulie says as she rests her legs on his desk, taking a deep puff from her pipe "So, it won't be as quite easy peasy as going to your local friendly neighborhood candy store, should any unscrupulous folk misuse them to harm others our special police divisions will handle them."

"Hmm... truly a most interesting well-thought out proposal, Miss Azulie. This will certainly calm all those uppity parliamentarians and their filthy faunus brigands, it darn well should since its a unprecedented societal progress that they have been buggering me about for years, ain't I right Miss Azulie!" The Premier replied as he used his left hand to fan away tobacco smoke as it flew in his general vicinity, but then Livi looked concerned. "However, given my administration's rather tense predicament with the parliament and the public sentiment across all the four continents of Remnant have been of defiance, how on Oum will it ever pas-."

She raises her right hand slightly. "Don't fear my Premier, I have already negotiated this projekt with the parliamentarians and local faunus leaders beforehand." Azulie replied as she lazily moved her legs off his desk and rose up to her feet. "Some leaders in the remote frontiers still need further convincing, so I must pay them visit before the day ends, after all locals there aren't quite keen on implementing laws from the capital after that economic shock therapy fiasco years ago."

"Alright, alright, alright, off you go now I accept the proposal, can't you see I have already been scolded enough as it is!" The Premier shooing the minister away, fearing that she could launch into a tirade. Azulie simply smirked, tipping her peaked cap at him. Leaving trails of tobacco smoke in the room as she gone away.

"Hello there, I presume that you have been waiting for me long enough?!" Azulie shouted at the top of lungs as her Bullhead VTOL aircraft approaches down one of the few landing zones off of Menagerie, the continent of where most of Faunus-kind are settled in.

"You would be absolutely correct in your assessment" The black-clad stranger crossed her arms, unamused as Azulie jumps off the Bullhead's interior. Landing on her feet. "I assume that the hulking brute himself agreed to accept the "radical" reforms of yours?"

"Well he'll be quite dumb if he didn't? Livi seeing the potential skyrocketing of government revenues, which he'll undoubtly plunder for his own personal benefit and corporate cronies" Azulie repiled as she places both of her hands deep in her uniform's pockets.

"Not that you needed his permission anyways" the black-clad stranger repiled as she stepped from the shadows, revealing a set of feline ears on her head and a weapon on her back. "The parliament backs it already, your visit is simply a unnessecary formality."

"There ain't nothing wrong with giving him false hopes for his buddies that he still has some measure of control over the state, Miss Belladonna" Azulie shrugs as she took her hands out of her pockets, bringing out her tobacco pipe to smoke much to the leader of the White Fang's annoyance. Nonetheless, they'll need every help they can get even if it relied on human scoundrels like Azulie.

Quick question is the IWP Marxist, Marxist-Leninist, or Maoist? Also, do they want some Stralian weapons and advisors? We'll be willing to host and train your officers.
