Alexi burst into the room to see the remains of Thethkan being aided by Epicras. More monsters were moving now. Cutting off the soldier's exits. Moglan opened fire, managing to stop them before the monsters got too close.

Alexi rushed in. "What happened?"

"We opened the door and they took us by surprise, there were so many of them." a frightened Thethkan soldier said. "Sam, Niko and Rolev didn't make it."

Alexi growled. "Okay, we stick together from now on." He looked at the carnage one last time, and, ignoring his fear, pushed deeper into the building.

The remaining infection forms would go into the corpses and turn them into mutated combat forms and attack again there was blood all over them.

1st floor stairs

"Quickly I hear gunfire" says the officer as he is running up the stairs covered in blood trails "how do we know their not combat forms" says a guard following them "they carry guns!?" Shouts Charlie "Yes do you live under a rock?"

"Quite I hear something nearby!" Says James as pulls out his custom rifle. Then one guards pull out a hand grenade "John where did you get a hand grenade!?" Says Noah as he pulls out a shotgun and pointed it at the door " I don't know" says John holding his grenade. James then kicked down the door only finding 3 guards "finally someone found us!" Says one of the guards very excited "oh thank God I thought we were alone" says James putting away his pistol "alright come with us we have a long way to go".
