It's been a LONG time since I was first on here...

The Influence rank is determined by how much of the total Influence you yourself have. Since there is so very much Influence in the region, there are only six nations who are not Minnows (they're Vassals, the next rank up).

There is, however, a way to see the absolute number instead of the relative rank, since the latter is basically useless here. Simply go to this page.
