in collaboration with the Teostrian National Army and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

dear citizens, greetings, our diplomatic efforts and negotiations with the southern tribes have finally recieved a response, the three point plan on southern annexation and autonomy has been firmed by local chiefs and leaders, a future of unity in democracy with our southern brothers will finally be reached, some divisions of the Teostirian National Army at the southern border began a peaceful occupation of the territories, the island has been unified after years of division, Teostirias lived on and survived those years, in peace or despair, now those times have ended and a new Teostirias will rise to a new golden age. The annexation comes with some small institutional changes, three seats in the federal council will be created for the new regions covering the southern lands aswell as new electoral districts.
Now, About the Teostirian Republican Navy Defense Program, we are still working on it, we have completely renewed our military hardwares to be more efficient and usable, we are making projects to expand this plan to the recently annexed south of the island soon, as the area has not enough military covering by our armed forces
