The Court is required to be impartial. There is no reason to automatically assume bias. The size of the member of the prosecutor is not relevant.

The Borderlands of Canineia are formed. Located on an island in south east Verusa and the capital designated as Canidae Harbor. The nations is made up of Demonic Canines and Doggos. The nation has a combined population of 10 million Canines and a military of 1 million. As demons had a King and General ruling and Doggos had a President and Prime Minister the state is ruled by all four leaders with the President recognized as the legitimate head of state. Finally the Demons and Doggos are united in unison and brotherhood.
