I did and I must point out that the T.C.C. isn't an alliance if that's how you had interpreted it. However, the ED is willing to assist in this civil war if you can provide more information on the belligerents. Nonetheless, I've added your rep to the Dispatch. I'll follow that up by also pointing out that "Bosnian" wouldn't be allowed as that is an IRL demonym to an IRL country. I'd suggest having that changed soon.
