Also you would think that Cyperpunk 2077 being based in the future would have like hover cars or even a jetpack, It doesn't... GTASA has a jetpack...

Also GTA:SA was a masterpiece with love, attention and care put to it while CP2077 was lazily rushed out for sales and money.
GTA IV from 2008, an decade old game has much more detail from CP2077 an modern game that is supposed to run on consoles like PS 5 and Xbox Series X but when you compare GTA IV to CP2077 with it's weather physics, story, gameplay, characters yeah CP2077 gets blown up to hell.

You'd think Cyberpunk 2077 would have an extensive world to explore or even some crazy diversity ........ but it doesn't, unlike GTA SA
But it does? In the Corpo start you even use a hovercar/transport? Then there's the Octant, Surveyor and the Atlus. Granted they are not player-controlled vehicles but they do exist.

Also weirdly enough you'd think CP2077 has more depth and detail than 1-5 person made GTA V mods like FivePD(FiveM needed), LSDPFR, FiveM, NaturalVision: Remastered and Intensity: ENB are mods that have some super insane depth and detail to some games like Cyberpunk 2077.
Seriously, i've been playing GTA V with NV:Remastered and FivePD(along with FiveM for MP rps on OCRP and DOJ RP) and the game is super awesome with more detail and depth to the wildlife and eviroment of San Andreas across the entire game thanks to enhanced visuals of NaturalVision:Remastered.
