The motorcycle twists and turns through the city streets. Anyone without a guide or local would find it very difficult to navigate.
The Motorcycle stops at a building, stonework making it look like the apartments you've passed, if you don't count the higher security, and the multitude of banners of Terrabis-Seran's local Houses. A banner in the center of the array is the Imperial Ensign, on a red background.

AM Schartz follows up the the stairs, a tad annoyed at having to go up a whole flight of them. He finds the noble style decorations unimpressive and flashy.
On the second floor, instead of normal security forces, each door except one is guarded by a fully armored Imperial Soldier, with a white strip on their helmet. The servant waits at the unguarded door.
More of heavy equipment like antiship cruise missiles, jets, etc. That can be spotted by sattelite and would change the strategy of the operation.
