Meanwhile Billy Bob joe let's loose 3 Boxes of infected rats throughout Aldenbourg specifically in the 3 major cities.
Meanwhile, Hospitals start to fill up with the people who attended the duels. Luckily the Southern and Northern Dukes and Lords havent reached home as they have to pass through the mountains that's north of Kopenhagen and south of Kopenhagen. Plague Doctor Alexios works double time, applying water to any wounds, creating oils to help soothe the patient. Other doctors throughout the country try different types of 'medicine' to help the sick. While Scientists and Saboteurs work on things that can help the person if they are sick but just to help since they know the cure is far away...

Article I- The Kingdom of Tagalog and The Kingdom of Adventol shall unite under one banner. Now known as Kartaganra.
Article II- The Economy of the Two Nations shall be combined under 1 rule which will be overseen by King Andrew I.
Article III- The Kingdom of Kartaganra will have access to the two nations' Unique Units, with combined Upkeep.
Article IV- The Kingdom of Kartaganra will have access to more cities which will be ruled over by King Gian I and King Ruchni I
Article V- The Kingdom of Kartaganra will also have the combined army of the two nations
Article VI- The Kingdom of Kartaganra will also share the same wonder effect the two nations has built.
Article VII- The Kingdom of Kartaganra will adapt the government type of Triocracy, a type of government where there are three ruler, each of them divided in the three parts. Military,Economy and Diplomatic Relations. the other two rulers can have a say on the other rulers decision but they can't decide on the branch that they don't lead. which only encloses the rulers access to the other two branches by a bit.
Article VIII- The Kingdom of Kartaganra will adapt both cultures and religions of the two nations.
And with this hereby of agreements, the Kingdoms of Tagalog and Adventol are now officially unified into the Kingdom of Kartaganra. May this unification bring prosper to its lands and people.

New Citizens Happy with New Government, Eager for War!
In countless conversations and protests in social media platforms, town squares, and even in front of government buildings, a majority of the populace declares not only support for the new government but also for war.
As many people in social media have said, Kianistan AKA Yagsogtang region is a huge problem. Though with somewhat diverse opinions on how they should deal with it, a majority declared support for war even among free thinkers and law professionals. This is because the Assembly through the Assembly Declaration 5 made in 2027 declared Kianistan as a colonial puppet state set up by the New union of sovereign soviet republics on Kianese Territory and thus giving Causus Belli of Liberation against the USR for an invasion of former Kianese territory. However, many still think now isn't necessarily the best time to go to war unless there is some sort of escalation, but in general, they'd want to support a war for the sake of liberation.
Min-Li Kuang responded by saying that he will do his best to keep the military ready for war, but will not push for a Declaration of War until the public, through the Assembly, says otherwise through a declaration of war drafted and passed by the assembly.
