Looks like Rwanda green (as per the flag) works better than highway green.
Current embassy policy:
This is a green region (as opposed to a blue region)
Green regions accept only two other green region embassies
They do not accept any Blue Region Embassies
Both my Green and Blue regions now accept any outside embassy offers
What this means?
this region accepts the embassy from Pecan Sandies (not one of my many regions)
this region also accepted green embassies from Republic of Mozambique (before) and Eidocaelia (after) as they are ranked in order of the update
Why just these?
I used to play a version of the ORACLE game with my now Green Regions list
since Texas has lost it's forum and thus the tools including the Embassy Oracle Tool, the tool no longer works
I can now accept outside embassy offers (they no longer can corrupt the Oracle game as it is gone.
All other embassies that this region has had are now closed.
