Anti-Pacific Nations? I mean, I'm not a large fan with some of them at the moment, but try and crash them? How impossible, how crazy, how mean! I never understand why people want to attack and annoy other regions; why can't people leave those well off happy alone.

Why all the hate Alkoul? I'm dead serious with my last post, I don't like those who randomly attack other regions. Anyway, a certain region wasn't "found guilty" or anything as there was no trial, no fair jury. Besides, didn't know I'm not allowed to be a promoter of NS peace and tolerance O.o Don't make me break out the guitar and flowers. XD I could make oak leaf bandannas as we sing songs around a fire.

I didn't know I was a bother, I thought people rather preferred conversation to adspam...to be honest, I don't quite see these regions as something simply to be used for recruitment an that all, but a place to meet others and have fun. ;D

50% of this RMB are your posts. You are a recruiter and as such I suggest you take a breath and let others speak. Join the region and seriously contribute = chat all you like.

I half hoped others would join in the conversation and my posts don't prevent others from speaking. After all, the more online, the more involved, the better it is; however, it seems like very few actively do post and if someone is online and responding, I see no wrong in responding back. Would it be better to just let the RMB sit for hours on end and have most (if not all) conversations like the conversations you have on a bathroom stall...un-interactive, long wait periods before responses, possibly no response at all? I'm sorry, but it seems like something no one would want.
Also, there seems to be no satisfying people. Often I hear feeder regions complaining on how recruiters do nothing but spam and leave, not caring what is going on in the region, or what people are saying on the RMB. Heck, some regions are thinking of starting to make it mandatory that the recruiter says something other than the ad in order to avoid being suppressed. So, I decided to follow this advice and threat this region as my own...a second home...and to be as active and friendly as I would be in any other region I care about, wish to know better, and try to help prosper; however, when I do this I have several people (not just this region but I've been trying to be friendly in others as well) try and lynch me for it. What do you want? Do you want recruiters to only adspam? Do you want them to try and contribute? Or is it that you want them to contribute, but Lord helps them if they try and actually interact with the natives in more than a superficial, one-post-response, way.
If I am doing this for some "master recruiting plan" than why would I be so active? It would be far more in my benefit to allow my recruiting message to remain on the page longer. It also would be better if I kept bringing the conversation back to something relating to my region, or dropping hints about it. I try to avoid all this when can as my goal is not to keep promoting my region, but to meet the members and talk to them.
That is also the reason why I'm on the Lazarus forums, posting here and there in a similar manner. Would someone who's only using conversation as a ruse to post "subliminal recruitment" join the forum? To be honest, I only lack a permanent nation and a council position >_> But I didn't know that was a prerequisite to meeting people from other regions...especially feeder ones.
Now, I think we're getting a bit too doom and gloom for a good RMB...so, if you still feel the need to come at me than I invite all to TG me or my main account Scarsaw. There's no need for us to clog up the public space with petty infighting. It kills the atmosphere.

i'd rather see people chatting on here than a bunch of region "ads", that are the same thing on every feeder region, the conservation was something different that people normally don't see on RMBs of regions like these so Animal House Recruiter take a chill pill.
And with the *NEW* RMB specialness, conversations can go on forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and...
Eh, what are the chances that NS will crash next week due to RMB message storage space running out?
If we are worried about nations leaving, why don't we just start deleting the regional forum posts from recruiters. I mean censorship isn't the best solution to anything, but when half of the posts are from recruiters and another quarter of them are people wondering where everyone is going the solution seems pretty clear to me.
most recruiters i see them as ad spammers, the come, they post, they leave and do that everyday.
