I’ll say self hatred on that one. Takes a lot outta me to try and make sure I’m not constantly self deprecating. I’ve gotten a lot better at it but it’s still an issue to some degree

Tell my supervisor to go eff herself. She isn't necessarily a bad person but she is so wrapped up in resentment and victim mentality and it's kind of sad. I'd feel more empathetic for her if she wasn't such a bitch to me and purposely exclude me from the rest of the team at times. (aka: make me go work in an area by myself while she and the others work together on something else)
