Yeah we could. As Yodoshi mentions Sedgistan once had both.
Though I don't believe any region has had both yet. The Black Hawks have two condemnations, and I think there is one with a liberation and a commending.

I seem to remember seeing a region having both, but for the life of me, I can't remember its name. :(
I'm not entirely sure how my nation can have the second most nicest citizens in the region, while simultaneously having the ninth most rudest citizens. I guess we're all a little bipolar here in Bloodmoses.

I would have posted, but I don't make successive posts. Somebody else hast to post something.
I had been busy this summer, but with it coming to an end I should be more active and have some ideas for projects coming up.
Nuke day is around the corner! On the 29th I believe so we will need to prepare for that.
Also wanna get Hell's Bells going again, but we lost two of our main writers so it's been hard to get content. Send me any submissions you may have!
We need to Zombify another region again. *rubs hands together in glee*
Heh heh yea that's one of my projects for October, planning to bring Operation Bite-Mark nationstates wide. I have a few ideas for October, i'll probably begin discussion for those in September.
