- Man selling Mein Kampf sentenced to 8 years of prison
A man aged 61 living in Düsseldorf was arrested at his for having secretly sold copies of Mein Kampf between 1971 and 1975. The man defended his position as having sold these books for "historical purposes".
However, the Law on artefacts from NationalSocialism prohibits to make money out of nazi propaganda. The Minister of Internal Affairs Gerhard Lappman opened an investigation on possible trafficking of nazi artefacts.
The rest of the copies of Mein Kampf were confiscated while other were destroyed. A special Administrative Police for Morality has been created to deal with these kind of problems.

This statement remains difficult to verify but what is certain is that nazism still continues to be alive even in a minimal proportion. The Minister of Justice and the Minister of Interior declared they would continue to intensify efforts to combat these groups.
- Mandatory visit to concentration camps for all students in highschool
The SPD Minister of Education, Ludwig Streuß, announced that starting from tomorrow, all students aged 16 would be on the obligation to visit a concentration camp as part of the history program. The German Government insisted to impose a duty of memory on the crimes committed by the NationalSocialist regime by not only teaching with books and pictures but to actually bring the students to the place where the Holocost happened.

The Situation of Energy in Germany
- The German Ministry of Energy is proposing you to vote on a the first law concerning energy. As you can see in annex, the German energy is reliant on coal for 95% of total electricity production. The rest of the production is hydraulic with the use of dams.
Most of the dams are still under reconstruction and will eventually take time to all be operational. TheCommission of Surveillance of Energy estimates that only by 1963 will hydraulic power represent 12% of electricity production.
What does the EnG I want to do ?
- The Law on Energy has a plan to reduce the dependency on coal to 60% by 1970. For this the law proposes these three solutions
1 - The Commission plans to finance up to 40 million dollars, the construction of the first nuclear plant. With at least 3 plants, they will produce enough energy to reduce coal consumption by 20%.
2 - Will be increased a tax on energy of +0.40 cents/Kwat. Of course this will increase the price for consumers, but such measure will be temporary and will be able to finance the electrical change.
3 - The Ministry wants to close at least all hard coal plants by 1971
