Ooooh well. I'm probably just being over-eager about being involved with things. :P I must learn patience.
New Flag Idea. It was a modified version of one of the flags New Zealand struck down.

I may actually be attempting to make a flag using what shi**y ability I have (meaning Fake will probably have to clean it up.. if it's even got appropriate imagery for the Norse stuff, I'm not sure, we'll see!)

The Demon Queen Arrives.
It also looks like New fakeland is making efforts to revive roleplay on the forums (which may or may not include the oft-mentioned City of Balder). Anyone who's interested should sign up for the forums and then visit the thread at http://w11.zetaboards.com/Balder/topic/30103089/1/ to let him know you're interested!

Please vote on the straw poll, and on the straw poll for any other flags you haven't voted for yet.
We're still accepting entries for another week, so you've still got plenty of time if you decide you want to join now.
Do you remember which issue? There's an Easter Egg that I haven't gotten yet that's apparently related to a high crime level, but I can't seem to increase the crime in my nation.
I had the same thing happen with my economy like a year ago. One issue crashed it completely and another made it jump up really high. I wish I could remember which ones. :P
It's so chilly today that my cat is stuck to me like glue. I can't say I'm disappointed, it's keeping me warm too.
Man, I wish I have a cat. But I don't know how much it costs to take care of them.
It depends. I have two cats, and I spend about $20 every two months on a giant bag of dry cat food, and about the same for litter (although that price would go down some if I lived in a place where they were able to go outside). Of course this doesn't take into account medical stuff -- We paid about $150 total for spaying and neutering (neutering is cheaper) which I say is a must even if you own just one cat, but sometimes if you adopt an older cat rather than a kitten they'll already have this done, and may or may not include their vaccinations -- or any emergency care that might come up, like some boy cats can develop urinary blocks, especially darker tabbies, and that can easily run up into the hundreds of dollars for emergency treatment. Luckily, I've only ever had a few cats over the many years that have had any kind of medical problem.
