The Roman Ideals Treaty (Null)

To The Nations of Rome,

Understanding the frustrations of our comrades that seek only to maintain sovereignty and peace within their respective territories,

Conceding that the nature of total war has negatively impacted the global image of our true purpose,

Believing the social and political differences between nations within the region to be ill-serving to the Roman Identity,

Further believing our loyalty and respect for Rome to be unwavering,

Recognizing any practices injurious to Roman ideals as unwelcome and unwanted in our societies,

Accepting the duties we all share to unify the region of Rome;

HEREBY ESTABLISHES THE TREATY OF ROMAN IDEALS

Article I.

All belligerents of the global conflict shall cease all continuing military operations and campaigns, and begin the process of demobilization.

Article II.

The allied governments of the Confederacy of Rome affirm "The Vanquished" shall accept the responsibility of repaying the damages caused by the conflict as a consequence of showing defiance to Rome and its people.

Article III.

A Roman state shall henceforth be defined as a unified peoples which practice the values of Rome, defined as Mos Maiorum (Way of the Ancestors). These values include the following:

Aequitas. Fair dealing within government and among Roman peoples.
Felicitas. Celebration of the best aspects of society.
Fides. Good faith in all commercial and governmental dealings.
Nobilitas. Noble actions within the public sphere.
Virtus. The courage of leaders within society and government.
Concordia. Harmony among Roman peoples.

Article IV.

Validated by the allied governments of the Confederacy of Rome, the Vanquished shall allow occupation of their territories, and devote supplies and equipment to member nations when the need arises.

Article V.

The allied governments of the Confederacy of Rome shall oversee the establishment of the Roman Protection Detachment (RPD), to be stationed internationally, and provide defense for the ideology of the Confederacy of Rome. When established, the organization will be controlled by the Confederacy of Rome, to be later relinquished to a Roman World Council. The Vanquished are required to give their full support to the movement, and resources will be allocated to construct headquarters and bases of operation in each country.

Article VI.

The Armed Forces of the Vanquished shall be reduced according to the resources available to each country.

Article VII.

Trade between nations of the Vanquished shall be regulated by the allied governments of the Confederacy of Rome.

Once approved by all members of the conflict, failure to uphold the articles therein will be considered an act of war.
