What is frontier region?
It is an upcoming mechanic of NS regions.
Regions will be one of two categories: Frontiers and Strongholds
In essence, frontiers will have nations spawn in them, and will have a changeable delegate
Strongholds will not have nations spawn in them, and there will be a founder
