As the harvest season comes to a close the days darken and nights grow cold. But I think back on this as a time of incredible growth for Palatine. We achieved a record number of nations, reaching a peak of 276, the integration of which was greatly helped by the addition of The Scandinavian federal government, Aquilea Empire and Mlociniakik to our mentorship team.

We expanded our heraldry department, adding Ziefland to our team and finally recruiting Rounvaile as Master of the collage of arms.

The peerage has also expanded, with Rounvaile achieving the title of Baron, and Mlociniakik, Aquilea Empire and New Akcaria the title of Duke.

In September we opened an embassy with Thegye, a fellow medieval roleplay region with which we have held events in the past, assigning Aquilea Empire as our emissary. I look forward to working together with them again in the future.

We also published The first installment of offical regional lore, which will serve as the basis for future regional roleplay and storytelling/

In November the Imperial Diet approved a regional constitution, the Cartae Imperialis, which lays the legal foundation for regional government and establishes a process for regional legislation and interregional treaties.

Our performance in Nationstate events was a lot more mixed. Despite an upset that left us going solo we crushed Nday; harvesting score from Fascist Solidarity Axis, (a mega faction of several fascist regions) and Radioactive desert, (a megafaction of various raider groups) to achieve 8th place in the overall scoreboard, only to be targeted by Horsemen of the Apocalypse with enough nukes to destroy every member of our faction. The Horsemen misjudged Palatine though, with strategic use of shields we were able to withdraw most of our members and still preserve enough of our score to place 8th in score per nation. We even made the news.

Zday was an altogether different matter. Palatine struggled keep up with the constant setbacks and by the end of the event most of us had joined the dance macabre.

Finally, with the new lore and governing documents our military has received it's second(and hopefully last) reskin; now named the Order of the Grail. This comes with an IC lore as well as new ranks for members. We also performed 5 Liberations, 18 defenses and 199 detags.
We also recruited two new members, Aquilea Empire, and New Akcaria who cut their teeth on the siege and liberation of Equestria.

In the coming month we plan to participate in NS Christmas Charity Campaign, begin a regional card collection, and establish regional law governing embassy guidelines, recruitment practices and military policy. We're also going back to monthly updates.
