Ever since the entrance of Atraland into the original Arkinic League, relations between Solingarch and Atraland mended themselves. At first, the mending was slow and tedious, but in the years since has progressively sped up. In the modern day, relations between Atraland and Solingarch are considered high, and are only improving. Such it is that a nobleman has taken interest in the Sol Minora, and has reached out to the Atralander Royalty to arrange a meeting.
Leto Talere, the Feeyoto of House Talere, is a simple nobleman. His day to day life includes caring for his dogs and his niece, and seeing to the administration of House Talere and its domains. In his leisure, he enjoys mixed martial arts and combat sports, as well as catering to his royal estate and the city surrounding it. However, his life was devoid of a true companion. While he had his dogs, they weren't people - and while his niece was dear to his heart, she was not his companion. But that was not to say Leto didn't have his eyes on someone - to say that would be a lie. Leto had his eye on the Sol Minora of all people, the Atralander Noblewoman. While he had only met her a handful of times at PATO meetings or diplomatic conferences between Solingarch and Atraland, he believed that there 'could be something between them'. After all, their current relationship as friends left something that could spark.
As such, Leto would reach out to the Sol Minora, offering to take her around Solingarch and around Talere's Domains. He would even pay for the journey and expenses, directly out of pocket. Suffice it to say, he wanted to see her again.
