2. Has now achieved a batch of wonky cupcakes and an over baked pineapple upside down cake, but she has a steady hand and adequate piping skills.

3. A relative newcomer. The government have just sent her on a 2 week training course at a Mr Kaplings Bakery in a neibouring country.

4. A thirst for knowledge and some government incentives.

5. A round the world cruise and then open Tovenia's 1st artisan bakehouse.
