An agreement between communists and the Monarchy?

Today in the news as we hear about the tragic event in the Northern celtic regions where terrorists killed many innocents and they haven't been stopped so far we know yet.

Further our country has extended invitations to North hyechon and Stalengrave for firstly the exchangement of embassies between the nations.
Secondly our country wants to host a meeting with these two nations, the purpose of such meeting would be to discuss the current state of affairs and possible further cooperation between the three nations.
Ofcourse also the relations between communism and the monarchy will be a topic likely to be included due to the importance of mutual understanding of eachother and in order to maintain diplomatic ties.

The meeting would be set to be hosted in Gwyntaleth a city in the North of Rocabarraigh with alot of culture and where one of the multiple private residences is located.
While the answer is awaited also the situation in Socheristan is seemingly worsening and today Rocabarraigh has officially declared neutrality in the conflict despite being in the UN.

It is stated that with the existing UN peacekeeping force and additional forces announced from Russia and the NCR there is no need for our intervention and they will focus rather on the humanitarian front.
