Queen-Regent begins naval exercises in straight of Kynthes and begins to increase the trade between the two nations. Business is good. Kynthes is protected and all is going according to plan.

Upon hearing about meeting the Queen of Frostwindia Akulda talks about how Sol Invictius Alek is a chill and nice guy to Beakolini. Queen-Regent Catherine despite hating Blayredeshia unlike her Husband Hemlock actually agree's with Akulda.
Catherine realizes no matter what she does with New Rhine its at risk of falling. However she can still use it for what its intended purpose was. She continues to fund the Missile Submarine Pens. Beyond that besides Coastal defenses and AA Guns. She decides to redecorate. She begins to Paint Coastal Defense guns with bright paint and AA Guns with sparkles. Then she authorizes construction of a tourist resort on island with tons of Hotels and decides to build a giant temple for Esol. Furthermore she plans an Peace Parade on New Rhine and purposely goes out of her way to remove firearms and swords off New Rhine and keep them locked up in an Secret Armory. She encourages bright colored clothing and Ice flower hats. However she doesnt want to turn place into some hippie commune but rather an colorful peaceful island. She hopes the New Rhine Image will win favor over back with Avidina.
However unknown to her its become the laughing stock in Frostwindia. Its become the perfect excuse to point at for why Icewindia is weak. Honestly the Kobolds living on New Rhine kinda agree with Frostwindians. Especially since most Kobolds are being forced to work at resorts for dirt cheap. One complaint and there fired. Cant ruin the peaceful image can we? However this leads to the Kobolds plotting. What if.... they just worked at Frostwindian resort. And so many began filling out workers Visa's and applications for an Private Vacation spot in New Arko (Former Mayori Island). However quickly many realize that resort is... one private... two its not even finished yet and three how did you find the management office? Catherine realizing cheap labor pool is striking gives in and raises wages for a few weeks.... She begins to "Encourage" immigration to island by dumping low skilled labor to increase the population but also to increase quantity of labor to drive wages back down and keeping resort wages cheap. As for local business there given tax cuts, subsidies and promise of massive tourism so they dont complain. Leaving Kobolds on New Rhine Unemployed and at risk of being sent back to Icewindian Mainland. So Kobolds on New Rhine decide Union collective organization doesn't work.... so they decide to fight Catherine's resort with there own Resort. But with what money? Well an rich Shardin Winter named Hiroshima in Deija decided to back them and invest however... they realized he was asking for slave wages in contract and they politely declined. So who esle? Well.... they put up wooden structures and try to look nice. But eventually the garbage company takes it all down thinking it was piled up trash. To be honest.... it kind of was.
The Kobolds in defeat storm the armory and rush the Governor Palace on Island with red flags its revolution time. However instead of finding Queen-Regent it was Akulda who was present. Akulda talked down the Kobolds and got them all there jobs back and increased wages... still low but... higher then it was before. She stops the "encouraged" immigration and after a chat with Queen-Regent both decide to just let the Kobolds run the Island for a week as an experiment. What could possibly go wrong.
Well Kobolds immediedly tried to declare independence and install Minority rule. To which both Queen's just stopped the experiment only an hour in sending in the Marines. Hilariously the weapons the Kobold's had were too big to use and had no ammunition. The Queens installed an Orcana as the New Island Governor. To which afterwards the shenanigans on New Rhine ended and everything went back to normal. Despite all these setbacks the new Orcana Governor priorities island self sufficiency as he begins to invest resources into an fishing industry where the Kobolds can work at for decent wages. At end it seems everything worked out. Hilariously no one was arrested or died. New Orcana Governor however begins to try to purchase bulldozers and construction equipment from Avidina As he is a known Environmentalist and decides to build all future buildings underground that way on the surface nature is preserved... also these buildings will double as Bomb Shelters and Fallout Shelters.
