The classic Brisket & Egg Breakfast Taco is a beauty starting off with Texas Grade A, farm-fresh, henhouse, jumbo eggs scrambled to perfection. We top that off with not one but two, super-tender slices of smoky beef brisket with the crispiest, tastiest bark this side of the Rio Grande! We roll it up in a hot, homemade, Texas-sized flour tortilla, and Bam, it is just that easy. Remember, a whole egg in every taco!®

Today's Special Salsa is not actually salsa but is - Queso - good and chunky queso made with serranos for a little heat. This is the perfect addition to this hefty taco.
