Your Excellency,

By letter, the Ambassador of Germany confirmed the fact that the Finnish State violated the sovereignty of the Norr Kingdom.

This act constitutes an agression which cannot be let without a response. In this, the German Government offers its full support to the Norr Kingdom.

Madam, it is vital that the North Atlantic alliance shows its importance and its usefulness in a situation such as this. It is for this reason that we sincerely ask this Government to invoke article 5.

We have no doubt that the Nordic forces have the strength, the quality and the determination to win this conflict on its own. However, invoking article 5 would act as possible deterrent and means of pressure to possibly push Finland back without a fight. Even if this would not be enough, the entire NATO alliance will act as a moral booster for your forces, a moral break for its enemies, and a clear strong support should the turn of the conflict turn against the Nordic People.

Above else, the German Government has received many letters and declarations of foreign States which have declared their preparation and their readiness to defend the Norr Kingdom. This shows an incredible solidarity among NATO members and even more, between the European Union and NATO. An attack on one of us is an attack against all of us.
