Region: The Western Isles

The fact that there are so many islands comes with the name The Western Isles. Some of the smaller ones are collaborative islands (these have black circles around them; you can read more about them in the Map dispatch). You can have something bigger though if you want. And if you are looking to establish a Scandinavian or British Columbia-like nation, you could e.g. choose an island in the north as the overall climate will be cooler there.
