Region: the Rejected Realms

For the poll question, I went with fruit salad. On weekdays, I follow an 18/6 intermittent fasting schedule. It works great with my overall health goals. I always break my fast with a large fruit salad (along with chicken breast, shrimp and mackerel). The fruits are pear, pineapple, strawberries, blue berries, red seedless grapes and an orange. On the weekend, I'm not as strict with my eating schedule, but still find time to eat the same fruit salad (adding in a random banana, apple or something else). It's my favorite side because I love the taste, it's low calorie but high in vitamins and antioxidants. Even when sick or lacking an appetite, its easy to digest and feels good to have as some form of nutrition.
