That would have been ideal, had I thought of it sooner. Last month, say. As is, it would be less helpful to hold the election before the 8th, than if we simply go with the original date, if I understand correctly the majority of folks' calendars. I was hoping to take into account those whose schedules are the latest on the calendar, but if no one else is super concerned about it, I won't press the issue too much. It just seemed like a very simple change that could potentially be of help to a large segment of people.

I'll put up a poll, soon, about extending it just a week, to the 14th. At the moment, I'm laid up something terrible with a fever and aches, following my second vaccine shot. My body doesn't seem to handle them well, as I've reacted poorly to both, now. Also, I am a giant baby and don't handle being sick at all very well, when it comes right down to it.
