RP: Soda Giants Challenge Beer Boss
Several intellectual property allegations were thrown into court this morning as soda giant “Yellow Poly” seeks to sue Alcohol Boss “McGuire’s Brewery” over a recent launch of a light “Beer Soda” product. Yellow Poly laid claim that McGuire used their product in the creation of “Fizzy Feelings”, a beverage that is considered to be alcoholic soda but chemically and taste-wise shares similarities to Yellow Poly’s “Bubblz” (a sprite-like soda). Some spectators of the case have made critiques that this fight will share similarities and possibly the same outcome as “Yellow Poly Vs Riversun” as that court battle was over similarly made and tasting sodas under a different name.
