Photos were taken in Central Kowenian capital of Shinai as the diplomats shook hands and took part in the formal ending of the first meeting that took place over five years ago, as the final details were laid out and agreed to by the Kowenian States.

The main goal is to promote a sense of unity among the Kowenian States by standardizing and uniting various parts of the Kowenian States' governments, economies, and other aspects together.

The way to accomplish the goal was the creation of various international departments with offices throughout the Kowenian States to do, but not limited to:
-A Kowenian Central Bank to control and monitor the fiscal and monetary policies of the Kowenian States.
-Department of Counter-Terrorism to centralize and organize the counter-terrorism efforts by the Kowenian States to more effectively tackle terrorism that crosses Kowenian borders and international cells.
-Department of the Interior to manage infrastructure for transportation, utilities, and emergency services.
-Department of Travel and Immigration Services a standardized department for the ease of immigrating, emigrating, and travelling citizens and foreign nationals into and out of the country.
RP: The National Grid
Shortly after the meetings have concluded in Central state of kowen, the Department of the Interior has requested permission from the following nations to send small teams of electrical engineers and draftsmen to study and inspect the electrical grids of larger, well developed nations:

Artaecus
Etrius
Evve terre
Redpeppers
Demira
Kemonomica
Cenagrad
Schwypia

The reason for sending the teams, the department states in a letter to the above listed national governments, is to adapt from their designs to incorporate into a future national power grid for the entire Kowenian States that will be able to supply the future large demand for power the Kowenian States will develop as more and more citizens are gaining access to electricity and how to best deal with the stress, supply and demand, and backup along with safety and emergency actions/precautions.

RP: Proposal of Standardization

Positively surprised of the recent developments in Kowen the Demirans are happy to accept the Kowenian engineering teams to inspect the practise and theory of the Demiran energy grid. It is noted that were the Kowenians to adopt the Demiran electrical standard of 230V@60Hz electricity could be easily imported from Demira to the Kowenians who are clearly going to need more electricity in the near future. This would of course require a connection between the Kowenian and the Demiran grids, however the Kowenians are assured that would not prove to be a problem were the electrical standards the same on both sides.

RP: Basar Relations

With the Demiran Federation now officially vastly superior compared to their predecessor when it comes to relations with Basaran the Demiran Federal Ministries of Trade and Foreign Affairs are happy to announce a successful diplomatic mission to Basaran. The conclusion of the diplomatic meeting would see the opening of trade between Basaran and Demira along with construction of embassies on both nations. In Demira specifically the Basasr lumber would find a lot of use due to the expansion of the Demiran Desert and hence the shrinkage of forested areas like Etelämetsä and Itämetsä that has been noted to happen over the recent years.
Much like any other trade agreement the Federation has formed, the government-controlled industries of oil extraction, tungsten mining, glass manufacturing and alcohol industry would have to be in contact and get permissions to operate from the Federal Ministry of Trade who would control said resources instead of getting said resources from the subcontractors who do the mining and production directly.
