Official statement from the Royal House of Arslan. It is with great pride and honor that we announce that His Royal Highness Crown Prince Rylon Arslan, is engaged to Her Grace Zara Kolar, Duchess of Carlisle.

The young couple have been friends for a great many of years. An in that time have grown fond of and to cherish one another. The couple is currently planning for the wedding and follow up statement about the date and time will be announced.
