So the plan is actual RP to do the following

- Call for Democracy in The Directorate
- Form an anarchist movement in the Directorate

Then the calls for democracy will turn into protests, and then Metternich will introduce a referendum which will score huge democracy points from the people whilst keeping power in the hands of who he deems the most capable. The anarchist movement will grow into a terrorist cell revolting against the government. All around fun time.
