RP: Pulling Out
Unfortunately, due to civil unrest and a potential civil war within Windardia, the nation is pulling out of the Security Council. Windardia is close to declaring martial law on it's citizens, and does not find it appropriate to be a part of the Council when their priorities lie elsewhere. The Windardian government hope Srednjaci understands.
