Personally, I'm fine with naming raider organizations. Especially for the purposes of creating organization to work against them. Having named enemies and specific threats helps rally people to the cause, but reasonable minds could disagree about this.

Either way, I gave TBH a heads up privately since they're unlikely to want that kind of nation around either. It's just classy, we can all agree racist institutions are bad and we don't want nations themed on them in our regions.
