It has been made a priority by the Soviet of the Union that the peoples of Danube and East Asia should begin engaging in more deep, comprehensive bilateral ties with one another. Bilateral cooperation is mutually beneficial for both our peoples, emerging from the deep potential for cooperation between us. As the Danube emerges as the regional leader in Europe, and as we emerge as the regional powerhouse of the East, we must both work together, sooner rather than later, to construct more comprehensive schemes of cooperation that will impact trade, culture, society, technology, military affairs, and infrastructure.

The two countries mutually complement each other. Let us see a brighter future together.
