I mean yes but, if you're deciding to make a factbook don't make history for other nations since that is breaking the rules that Friently an Rp mod has made since the beginning of SR. If someone made an alliance to which was copy and pasted from the wiki of NATO and had put that there was a ww2 on SR that had involved Pucz but there was no such world wars or cold war in general. That is what Cereskia had done he didn't ask for permission from either Pucz, Vapia or any other nation involved in this supposed factbook of theirs.
