RUSSIA & UKRAINE BEGIN JOINT MILITARY DEVELOPMENT AS PART OF RECONCILIATION PROCESS!!!!

Prime Minister Sergey Sobyanin and Minister of Defense Sergey Shoygu both walked out of the Office of the Prime Minister, which was moved into the former Office of the Presidency. With smiles on their faces from their conversations, the Prime Minister would approach the podium that was placed in the foyer of the State Kremlin Palace, where Prime Minister Sobyanin announced that Alzarikstan and Idessa have agreed on implementing a Reconciliation Initiative between the two countries encompassing a variety of industries and societal levels to make sure that stability can be ensured within Eastern Europe. Part of the Reconciliation Initiative includes joint military development to boost both the Russian and Ukrainian armed forces. Minister of Defense General Sergey Shoygu explained further with the Prime Minister that "Both Ukraine and Russia have demonstrated our willingness of cooperation in regards to enhancing our security initiatives and diminishing our security vulnerabilities. With much consultation between our General Staffs, Ukraine and Russia shall be moving forward in our plans to expand our technology and capabilities in tactical ballistic missiles, of which shall be incorporated into the Western Defense Security Network as a counter-offensive apparatus with the fourth tier of the network."

The Russo-Ukrainian military development projects began with the following projects originally from Ukraine; however, the Ukrainian President and General Staff agreed to provide Russia with the technological and production rights of the tactical ballistic missiles so that Russia can fully become a military partner to Ukraine once more: Korshun-2, Sapsan, and the Hrim.

1. The Korshun-2 new ground-launched cruise missile will have up to 434 mile range and would be potentially able to penetrate enemy air defense systems undetected. It can be launched from mobile land or optional underwater platforms. With the assistance from Russia, the Korshun-2 will be equipped with inertial guidance plus terminal Active radar homing, By GLONASS satellites, and DSMAC (Terrain Contour Matching).

2. The Sapsan mobile short-range ballistic missile will combine the features of tactical missile system and multiple rocket launcher along with the maximum range of 173 miles. Russia has decided that technology from the OTR-21 Tochka and 9K720 Iskander tactical ballistic missiles to be utilized for the development of the Sapsan ballistic missiles.

3. The Hrim-2 is a mobile short-range ballistic missile with a range of 173 miles and is mounted on a 6x6 military truck which is used as TEL (Transporter Erector Launcher) mobile unit. The Hrim-2 is fitted with two missile launcher units mounted at the rear of a truck trailer.

Of the three projects, the Sapsan and Hrim-2 will both begin production and entering service in 2018 while the Korshun-2 will enter service in 2019 as a means to establish a fully lethal cruise missile to be incorporated into the defense mechanism used to protect Eastern Europe. Prime Minister Sobyanin and Defense Minister General Shoygu expressed their gratitude and pleasure on the newly found cooperation between Moscow and Kiev amid months of tensions and conflicts.
