Given that this a Security Council Resolution, it requires a simple majority to pass (without counting abstentions), but can be vetoed by members of the Big Three.[/spoiler]

Quebecshire has made the decision to both sponsor and vote in favour of this resolution. We have also designated Morova as a state sponsor of terrorism and find this resolution to clarify international law well and are glad to have worked on its drafting.
