A drought has affected the southern part of Moisus, mostly Pinses. It hasn't rained in the area for a long time, and the predictions are looking bad.

The quantity of water on the Pisne river, where the hydraulic dam that supplies almost all the electricity to the Pinsen city and it's neighbouring towns, has dwindled into half of the normal levels.

At least 1/4 of the city of Pinsen has got no power, and electricists are trying to bring back electricity into the city.

There are no major farming activities in the south, but at least half of the crops are without sufficient water supply.
