As of now, Queen Octavia of Wonkru has ordered the 1st Imperial Fleet to depart from the military base of Xianjin and head to the waters of The Great Dragonspyre. The Fleet's task is to form a naval blockade and quarantine the nation in order to limit the drug's access to foreign black markets. All merchant and civilian ships requesting to pass through the blockade will be searched thoroughly and will be captured if any contraband is found, while their cargo will be confiscated and their crew will be arrested and handed to Dragonian authorities. The blockade will be lifted once the biohazardous drug situation has been resolved.

In the meantime, 80,000 Wonkruan troops were given the order to head to major Dragonian cities and in co-operation with the Dragonian military, police the streets and request everyone to submit a blood sample for testing.
