The first action should be to deflate the argentinian currency for a lower inflation pressure on the economy. This measure should allow the poorer Argentinians to have better consumption power and money back in their pockets. The downfall of this measure should be the slower economy growth. Many members of the Chamber fear that the Plan de la Decada won’t be reachable with this measure in place. The creation of a gambling and Bonds government-controlled company that would nationalise the gambling industry and/or regulate strongly on it, but also the creation of a loan scheme by the government that would help poorer Argentinian. It could also profit to the growing middle-class by allowing them to invest or “loan” their money to the government who will invest in economical revitalisation programs that would help poorer areas of Argentina. This measure is seen weirdly by many deputies of the Chamber who see that measure as a pure form of capitalism where the government abuses the population through gambling and loans. But many think also that this measure is a social justice initiative where poorers will be richer, but also will profit the middle-class: it is seen as a redistribution scheme. The immediate creation of the Consortium of the Interservice Strategic Research of Argentina (CISRA) which will be a major government-controlled consortium of all companies participating in the Argentinian Military Complex where researches will be put together for a better outcome and for standardisation of the equipment produced.
