Well, since you banned being divorced, people will likely think twice before having multiple partners. Also, banning circumcision is way worse. In lots of rural areas around the world, (mostly in Muslim majority countries but also in my town) people will disregard you for being a "child" or in my town, a "chavvy". I was the last one to be circumcised in my group of friends so I got it pretty rough.
