Let me say that in another way. If you couldn't pick your current Ministers to run the Ministries nor the ones in your previous term, who would you pick?

I'm unsure of who I would exactly pick for what ministries. But there are still plenty of good candidates out there (e.g. Loh, Prydania, Artemis, Wonderess, Goyanes, COE, SillyString, Former English Colony, etc.)
